How do I Generate an Additional Secure-Match Key?

To generate an additional Secure-Match™ key, click the Students tab, and click on an individual Student. Click Generate Another Secure-Match Key to view the new key.

How do I Reset a Password or Username for a Teacher?

To retrieve or reset a lost username (email address) or password select the Teachers tab from the top of the Dashboard and click Edit under the teacher in question.

From the Edit Teacher screen you can view or edit a teacher’s email address or insert a new password. Click Update when you have completed the required steps, and inform the teacher of your changes.

Why Aren't my Postings Appearing Automatically?

If posted items aren't displayed automatically, your school may have the Approval level set. Events, Products, Announcements, Permission Forms, Programs Files and Services can be set up to need approval before being shared publically. At the time of creation, the user receives a message indicating that the posting has been sent to the Administrator for approval. An email will be sent to the person who created it to advise them of the posting status, while the Administrator receives an email indicating that they have Approvals pending.

To view Pending Approvals, go to your Administrator Dashboard and you will see a header called Pending Approval. Select Pending Approval and you will be taken to the Pending Approvals page.

This is where Events, Products, Announcements, Permission Forms, Programs, Files and Services are either approved or denied. If the posting is denied, the Name, IP Address and the Date will be stamped for your records. If the posting is accepted, it will be added to the Event Listing.

How do I Set Approvals for my School?

To set approvals for your school, select Edit School from the Settings icon in the lower left corner of your Dashboard.

Scroll to the bottom of the page to the heading Require Approval. Click Yes and click Save. Click No if you want to disable the approval process.

Setting Approvals means that any new Events, Products, Announcements, Permission Forms, Files and Services will not be posted publicly until approved by an Administrator.
